DVS became a part of the Ross & Baruzzini family in 2015

DVS garnered industry recognition for protecting some of our world’s most precious assets and infrastructure. Founded by retired FBI agent Joseph M. Chapman with the founding mission of providing security consulting services, Joseph ultimately partnered with DVS founding principals Bob Ducibella, Jeffrey Venter, and Phil Santore, who brought security engineering and implementation expertise. Since its inception, DVS has completed some of the most challenging and impactful security consulting and engineering projects in existence.

Philip Santore, Senior Principal of DVS, said at the time of acquisition, “This is a tremendous opportunity for our staff to realize new projects and growth opportunities.
